All orders are processed and shipped within 12 to 14 business days unless otherwise noted. Custom or specific wraps or decals may require additional processing time to find and order which will be communicated at the time of purchase. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in the processing timeframe. Please also take into consideration that I currently still work a full time job alongside running my small business. I will make sure that if there are any longer delays outside of the TAT window that I will communicate that with each customer . Thank you for being here.
Made to order cups are made with items I have on hand and have a quicker processing time. This includes cup sizes, glitters, wraps and decals. This means nothing custom that has to be orders .
